I took a chance on the Winsome Wood TV Tray Set because of a 20% Bed Bath & Beyond discount coupon. I paid roughly $50 after tax and discount. I was quite pleased with the purchase. Once assembled the tables are sturdy and balanced. Like other TV trays, they don’t slide easy over rugs, but you can change their position with ease.
They are not heavy or cumbersome, but they are also not insubstantial or weak. Although the Winsome Wood TV Tray Set I purchased appears different than the advertised photo, it fits in well with my motley group of furnishings. And these trays are superior in appearance to the boring “natural” colored trays. Snack time has become exciting fun for our five-year-old. And my husband appreciates having something to set his food on when he sits on the couch. We did our research and found sets that were either too small for our needs or too expensive for our pocketbooks!
These versatile trays can be used for just about anything. Playing games in the living room has become easier because we now have higher tables to set the board and accessories on. Our backs would hurt from leaning over to play on the coffee table and our bottoms would go numb as we sat on the floor. Working on a laptop and playing two player games can be much easier using these tables.
I would highly recommend this superior and attractive TV tray set. Though it is quite handy, I would say the only drawback is that the trays themselves do not look like the stock photo on the box or in the advertisement. I wouldn’t purchase this set at full price but using the coupon made it a purchase worth writing about!
